Effective Ways to Strengthen Your Bladder Muscles and Tighten Your Vagina

If you suffer from bladder control problems there are many options you can choose that can help you with your condition. One of the healthiest ways to restore function to your bladder is through Kegal exercises which are exercises that strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. These are the muscles that support your vagina, urethra, and bladder which is where your body stores urine. The body then sends the urine out of your body through the urethra.

Urinary incontinence can have a significant impact on women's lives. They may avoid participating in their favourite sport or even leaving the house due to the risk of urine leakage. Urinary incontinence can also result in a negative body image and/or reduced self esteem. Despite its prevalence, approximately 60% of people suffering from urinary incontinence do not seek professional help for their condition.

Pressing on the perineum, a spot midway between your scrotum and your anus, will help to stop ejaculation because this spot reaches through to the prostate gland. It is the prostate that contracts and expands during orgasm and then expels the ejaculation fluid. Ask your partner to apply this loving pressure for you.

Most women who just "do" kegels have minimal results due to the lack of feedback. There is nothing to tell them if they are doing the exercise properly. The most common problem associated with doing Kegel exercises without feedback is the accidental contraction of the abdominal muscles at the same time as the pelvic floor muscles. When this occurs the abdominal muscles (which are bigger and stronger) push down on the pelvic floor and can actually make the problem worse.

Some sex toys aid the man's erection, stimulate the female genitals to become more sensitive or provide a different feel to 'normal' sex. Other sex toys provide an 'environment' for variations in sex, for example so called orgy bed sheets. Sometimes they are used to help a person who has difficulty with unaided sex to achieve sexual satisfaction.

Natural Creams -This is a safe way and also an effective one, results takes time but also gives you a good one. Creams can give you satisfying results to which you could always use it and control the tightness you want and control the money you spend.

Natural Products - Less expensive, and also a very effective way, unlike surgery the advantage for this method is that you could control the tightness on how tight you want it to be. Natural Cream Products has an advantage of giving you results to which you can control the tightness you want and you can use it safey and anytime when you will the tightness has gone its way again.

Men in general are active and addicted to this, even though the vagina is tight, but you are not that active, you will still lose his affection. Being active can always satisfy his needs and will also make your relationship stronger than ever, this is the key for a lasting relationship, because in reality, the longer you stay together, the love will fade but the friendship will always be there.

If your vaginal 'barrel' is excessively big, leaving the vagina to appear 'loose', this can have the following effects: Intercourse less pleasing. Possibility of air getting into (and out of) the vagina - referred to in some parts of the country as fanny farting. On a more serious note, lax muscles and ligaments can lead to a prolapsed womb.

Multiple sclerosis, CFS (M.E), and under active thyroid?
Hello I would appreciate comments and advice from people with experience such as a Doctor, consultant, or nurse. I would also appreciate comments from people with similar symptoms as myself. Just over a year ago my doctor gave me a working diagnosis for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome after doing loads of tests such as thyroid and B12 etc and all came back fine. I have a wide range of symptoms which include: Fatigue (constant but gets better and worse Pain - pain in joints and muscles such as ankles fingers, knees, upper back, calf muscle etc. This is not constant but come and goes in phases Lack of Bladder control: After going to the toilet, when I put myself away I leak which can be very embarrassing. Sleep problems: Sometimes I sleep 14 hours, other times I can?t switch off and sleep at all. Cognitive Problems: Word Finding problems, short term memory Pins and Needles: I get this sensation in hands as well as my feet, sometimes with the feet it feels like I?m standing on hot coal then goes away after 30 secs or so. Spasms: I get upper back spasms, I can even feel it hurting my back while attempting to swallow my food Bowel: When I need to go I need to go and sometimes get bad stomach pains although this is not constant and does not seem to have any relation to food. Depression. Random loss of grip/strength Chest pain which feels as though I been winded and find it hard to catch breath which can last for around an hour (seems to be random) Muscle Twitches (under my eyes, bum, and back of legs.) I recently had another blood test because of the pins and needles because this symptom has only been present for the last 3 months and manifested itself at the same time as the loss of grip symptom. The results from the Blood test was that I have a slight under active thyroid. The receptionist advised me to take another test in 6 months and did not mention anything about tablets and didn?t even offer an appointment. She only said a form would be ready for me the next day to pick up so in 6 months I could take the test. As time goes by I am starting to think I may have M.S and not CFS (M.E). This is mainly because of the pins and needles along with the random loss of grip which is at the moment is infrequent. After doing research on the M.S, I found that a certain test called a spinal tap is sometimes preformed and they look for heightened antibodies. Well around 4 years ago I went into hospital with suspected Meningitis (no rash). The symptoms then were feeling really ill and really bad headache along with fatigue and weakness. They did a spinal tab and the results came back as heightened antibodies but they couldn?t tell if it was meningitis or not. After that I did suffer for a long period afterword I would get fatigued easily along with memory problems. I went to my then GP who gave me a test for what looked like altzimers. This made me feel stupid as though this doctor was not listening to me so I never went back. Over the years I been managing the problem as it was easily managed, at the time and being young I just assumed it was the way I was and nothing else and I learned to cope with it all. But the last year it all came to a head and I been suffering with the extremes since. It comes and it goes, I have good days/weeks but most symptoms are every day now except the loss of grip. I am also thinking about M.S because after looking at my history there seems to be a period where I can manage these symptoms, but all of a sudden in the last year the symptoms has escualted and continues to do so with onset of new symptoms. What I would like to know is: 1)Does this sound more like M.S or M.E? 2)Given the history including the spinal tab, is there grounds to suspect M.S? 3)Can underactive thyroid or borderline thyroid co exist with M.E or M.S? Thank you for taking the time to read this.

A question about raising a puppy...?
I'm getting a puppy for the first time this weekend~ A 9-week-old female Toy Schnauzer. I've done a variety of research but I do have a question or two to ask general dog owners... I'm aware that puppies have very little bladder control and they need to go frequently. But does this apply to nighttime as well? As in, will I need to wake up in the middle of the night to let it go pee? Not that I mind, it's just so that I can be prepared. If this is so, will the puppy notify me about this, or just go without warning..? And finally, for how long can I leave a puppy of this age alone? 9 weeks is about 2 months, isn't it? The thing is, I live alone in a highrise apartment and I have work from 10am to 3pm on Mondays and 11am to 3pm on Tues+Thurs. I'm basically free on the weekend, Wed, and Fri. Would it be a bad idea to leave her alone for 4 or 5 hours, even if I leave water+toys+her bed+newspapers spread on the floor? I planned to keep her inside a room while I'm gone, instead of locking her in a crate. The room is cozy, hardwood-floored, and I've cleared it of all electrical appliances and breakable objects. Is that still no good? If leaving her alone is an absolute no-no then I could try to negotiate so that I can come back home during my lunch break for about 30 minutes. But it'll be tricky, especially with the commuting (I don't have a car), so I'll leave that to a last resort... Advice would be appreciated, especially for my puppy's sake!
